mbislot Terms and Conditions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using mbislot services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a player to access the mbislot platform.

• "Bonus" refers to any credit, offer or promotional incentive given by mbislot to players in accordance with the conditions set.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• "International Licence" refers to the operator licence held by mbislot from a recognised regulatory body at the international level.

To register an account with mbislot, players must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during the registration process, including full name as per identity document (MyKad or passport), an active mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• Must not have had a previous mbislot account that was terminated or suspended due to a terms violation.
• Must not be on the self-exclusion list on the mbislot platform.
• Use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Identity verification may be requested at any time, including during the withdrawal process or when there is suspicious activity on the account. Players are advised to keep a copy of their identity documents for verification purposes.

Players are fully responsible for the security of their accounts. This includes choosing a strong password and not sharing login information with any other party. mbislot will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence.

Players must update their account information if there are changes to personal details, phone number or email address. Inaccurate information may affect the verification and withdrawal process.

Activity within a player's account is the full responsibility of that player. If a player suspects their account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, they must contact mbislot customer support immediately via live chat or support email.

mbislot supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for cryptocurrency, which will be converted based on the current rate.

General transaction conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed.

The mbislot welcome bonus is as follows:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum value of RM1,000.
• The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received.

General rules for all mbislot bonuses:

• Each player is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player.
• mbislot reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of fraud or promotion abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period; bonuses that expire will be voided automatically.
• Some games may not count or may count at a different rate toward wagering requirement calculations.

Players are required to use the mbislot platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without any refund:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different information.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the system to gain an unauthorised advantage.
• Taking any action that disrupts platform operations or the experience of other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

mbislot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false information or invalid documents.
• Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• A self-exclusion request from the player themselves.
• An order from a regulatory body or legal authority.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting mbislot customer support. Any real money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player subject to successful identity verification.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, mbislot reserves the right to withhold any balance in that account while an investigation is carried out.

The mbislot platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While mbislot endeavours to ensure smooth and continuous platform operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss at all times.

mbislot will not be held responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failures.
• Financial outcomes of players arising from betting activity on the platform.

mbislot's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

mbislot reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational needs, legal changes, or licensing requirements.

The process for notifying changes is as follows:

• Major changes will be communicated to players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Minor changes that are clarifications or editorial corrections may take effect immediately without specific notice.
• The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the mbislot platform after the effective date of any amendment to the terms is considered full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
